Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Bouzr, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is provided by Bouzr (em elaboração).

Bouzr is a marketing management SaaS for agencies: per-client workspaces, campaign and task management, and an optional B2B lead mining module.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Free plan is free and perpetual, with limits (4 users, 1 workspace, 200 MB). Paid plans (Pro) and add-ons (Miner) are recurring subscriptions contracted directly in the app, with payment processed by Stripe. Billing is automatic and renews on the chosen cycle (monthly or annual) until cancellation, which can be done at any time. We do not store card data — all processing is handled by Stripe.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities or spam.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, security or quotas.
• Access data from instances or workspaces other than your own.
• Resell the service without authorization.

The Miner module delivers public business data. When contacting these leads, you commit to respecting anti-spam laws (LGPD, CAN-SPAM, GDPR), including a clear opt-out, and not using the data for unlawful purposes. Bouzr is not responsible for misuse of leads.

The Bouzr platform, brand and code are our property. The content you create (campaigns, tasks, leads) is yours — you grant us only the license needed to operate the service.

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling a paid plan returns you to Free and keeps your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability, but the Free plan has no guaranteed SLA. We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bouzr is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use after notice means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of courts of Brazil are elected to resolve disputes, unless otherwise required by law.
